UPS/USPS will deliver to the stated address. In the event no one is available to receive the package(s):

• The driver will leave the package(s) if the conditions are such that under normal circumstances the package(s) should be safe until the recipient comes home OR
• The driver will leave a notice of the delivery attempt, complete with instructions of how the customer is to proceed.

Trucking: Orders containing furniture or large items that are not suitable to ship via UPS/USPS or large orders with many packages will be shipped via common carrier. The recipient or their agent needs to be present to receive delivery.

Typically the carrier will call the customer to set up a date/time slot for the delivery. The carrier will bring the shipment to the door or first covered area, such as a garage or porch. Carriers are not allowed to enter residences. Carriers will not remove packaging, nor take away packing or shipping materials.

Disposal of shipping and packing materials is the responsibility of the customer.
