What is the AM-Living return policy?
AM-Living strives for the highest level of service in our industry. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our goal is to give our customers the best possible experience.
Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and notify us of any damage. We will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Non-Furniture Returns
Regularly stocked non-furniture merchandise may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days of purchase from a store or order delivery. Customer receipt or proof of purchase AND original packaging is required for a refund. A credit from our store will be issued in the event that proof of purchase cannot be located.

Non-furniture items returned within 60 days of purchase will be issued store credit or a gift card. No returns will be accepted after 60 days.
If a customer alters their merchandise to facilitate delivery or installation, the decision to accept the item as a return or offer a refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Our stores are also able to facilitate website returns. The store will call the return into our Customer Service Center to process the credit and accommodate shipping the merchandise back to our warehouse.

Furniture Returns
Customers are asked to measure their entryways and access points from curb to in-home placement prior to order placement to avoid delivery problems later.
Regularly stocked furniture may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days of order delivery. Customer receipt or proof of purchase is required for refund. A credit from our store will be issued in the event that proof of purchase cannot be located. Merchandise that is refused because it doesn't fit will also be refunded in merchandise or store credit only.
Furniture items returned 30-60 days after purchase will be issued store credit or a gift card. No returns will be accepted after 60 days.
If a customer chooses to alter their furniture to facilitate delivery or installation, the decision to then accept the item as a return or offer a refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
